Our bacon and sausages all come from our own traditional breed, farm-reared pork. The bacon is cured in salt and a little bit of sugar, without any nitrates or other chemicals, as these are potentially toxic and completely unnecessary. We make all our sausages in the butchery to our own recipes. Everything is organic.
