Tablehurst has maintained a herd of local Sussex beef cattle to biodynamic standards for 25 years. Our animals are grass-fed from the farm. The meat is aged for three weeks and all the cuts are prepared by our own expert butchers, so we have control over everything that affects the quality of the final product. Enjoy!
