Our organic chickens arrive on the farm as day-old chicks and are reared in open houses with constant access to a large field where we have recently planted a mixture of trees to provide the birds with shade, protection and some additional variety in their diet. The impact of this type of farming on flavour has to be experienced to be believed. Give it a try!
