Tablehurst has a long history of rearing organic pork to the highest standards of animal welfare. We favour traditional breeds - particularly Saddlebacks - which are well-adapted to our approach to animal husbandry. The meat has an exceptional depth of flavour, completely different from conventionally-farmed pork.
