Visiting Volunteers

Tablehurst does sometimes host visiting volunteers, typically to work on a specific project, such as our recent straw bale house construction, or to contribute on the farm or in the garden. However, we suffer from a shortage of accommodation on site, so our capacity to support this kind of volunteering is limited. We are more likely to say yes to your request if:

  • You are responding to a specific call for volunteers, or

  • You have a particular skill to offer, or

  • You are training, or hoping to train, as a biodynamic farmer or gardener, or

  • You can find accommodation nearby so aren't depending on the farm for living space.

If you would like to volunteer on this basis, please do get in touch, because we can sometimes find a way! Please email us in the first instance to express interest.

Agricultural internships for Steiner School students

We are sorry, but Tablehurst is currently unable to support internships for anyone under 18 years of age.
