Farm walk - dairy cattle

We started dairy farming as a new initiative two years ago. We now have a small herd of ten Jersey cattle. We will visit the animals and tell you all about the challenges of dairy farming, including how we feed the cows, how the calves are cared for, and what we have to do to ensure that our delicious raw milk is good to drink. Light refreshments are included at the end of the event. You will be out on the farm, so please dress appropriately. Supervised children are welcome, but this walk isn't suitable for buggies. Numbers are limited so booking is essential.
