We have a small herd of Jersey cows producing milk for our farm shop. This raw milk is a completely natural product, unpasteurised and unhomogenised - industrial processes most "fresh" milk is subjected to and is denatured as a result.

Our cows rear their own calves until they are old enough to eat grass - typically at around five or six months of age. This means that we humans receive any surplus milk after the calves have taken what they need.

Our milk is sold through a vending machine next to the farm shop. You can bring your own container - the zero packaging solution - or buy a reusable bottle from the shop. The vending machine takes cash, or you can buy tokens in the shop when you get the rest of your shopping.
