Vibrant veggie ferments take centre stage - join Elle for a tastebud-tingling session to make gut-friendly ferments for your table and get the scoop on fermentation secrets only given during her workshops. Learn the secrets of gut healing with Elle, experienced Naturopath with additional specialist IBS/FODMAP training with Monash University, and certified GAPSâ„¢ practitioner, trained with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride, founder of GAPSâ„¢.
