From Soil to Plate - Seasonal Cooking Class with Nina Green

Location: Tablehurst Farm

Date: Friday 18th November 

Time: 9:30 am – 1:30pm

Come and cook our fresh, biodynamic seasonal bounty with ayurvedic, plant-based Chef Nina Green.

Nina will teach you all about seasonal eating for the transition of fall into winter, will guide you through the basics of intuitive cooking and the introduction of the 5-elements-kitchen. You will find out about how to boost your immunity during the colder months, how to keep your digestive fire well stoked and stay balanced and suitably nourished while learning some new, inspiring plant-based recipes.

The morning will start with Head gardener Stephen Mills with whom we will be harvesting the fresh produce directly on the farm. We will then process our seasonal bounty into fermented frenzy, transform it into delicious seasonal dishes, and finally will get to enjoy it for our communal lunch.

The ticket includes the cooking class, a carefully curated veggie box for you to take home and practice what you have learned, a special ayurvedic treat, recipe cards and the exciting ferments that you prepared yourself all to take home.
