About the event

It's never too early to start your bubbling crocks so they're ready with a deep and rounded flavour for your special Christmas table.

Join Elle for a tastebud-tingling session to make gut-friendly ferments and get the scoop on fermentation secrets only given during her workshops. Elle Fox is an experienced Naturopath with additional specialist IBS/FODMAP training from Monash University, and a certified GAPS™ practitioner, trained with Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride, founder of GAPS™.

Take away 1 x 500ml sauerkraut and 1 x 500ml jar of kimchi made by your own fair hands to impress and delight your tastebuds and those of your family and friends.

All organic/biodynamic produce, refreshments and recipe sheets are included in the workshop fee.

Limited places, by prior paid booking only - please book early!

Why not gift this bubbling experience to a friend? Purchase an extra ticket for a buddy or a gift voucher for a loved one!

The Tablehurst Farm Shop and Café are closed on Sundays.

Tablehurst is a working farm with livestock. At this time of year our animals are out in pasture and are extremely sensitive to dogs, whom they view as predators. We ask that, if you have a dog and take it for a walk around the farm, it is always kept on a lead and not allowed near livestock. In addition, please make sure you dispose of any dog waste safely and away from farm land. Dog waste may harbour infectious and parasitic agents harmful (and potentially deadly) to livestock.

Please read:
