About the event
When the season turns and produce comes in all at once, knowing what to do with it makes all the difference.
This hands-on session focuses on practical fermentation using what’s actually in front of you; green tomatoes that won’t ripen, mixed vegetables ready to be transformed into vibrant, living ferments, a glut that desperately asks for preservation.
