About the event

Make your first proper no-knead sourdough loaf and focaccia using simple, reliable methods that take the guesswork out of baking.


This session focuses on the fundamentals; how to build and maintain a starter, how fermentation behaves in dough, and how to recognise when it’s ready to bake.


Elle will guide you step by step through mixing, shaping and handling dough, so you understand not just what to do, but why it works.

You’ll leave with loaves prepared during the session, ready to bake, along with the practical confidence to repeat the process at home.


Bring your questions; we’ll work through real-life troubleshooting as we go.


Led by Elle Fox, experienced naturopath with specialist IBS/FODMAP training (Monash University) and certified GAPS™ practitioner, this is practical, grounded teaching designed to give you reliable results at home.
