Our organic gammons are cured  on site using salt and a little sugar. No nitrates or other chemicals are used.
 
Your joint will be +/- 250g of your chosen weight.
 
Our gammons are extremely popular at Christmas and, in order to meet demand, your joint may have been previously frozen.
