We make all our sausages and sausage meat here at the farm butchery from our own organic pork.
This sausage meat contains nothing but pork mince and a little seasoning - no bread or other fillers. A typical pack weighs around 400g. This is for our butchery team to use as stuffing when you purchase Rolled Turkey Breast Only.
