Christmas Pork, Gammon and Ham Joints and Steaks
We rear traditional pig breeds - Saddlebacks are our current favourite - because they are well-suited to our small-scale organic operation and offer superb eating quality. All the meat is cut and prepared here on the farm, so we can control quality at every stage of the operation. We cure our own gammons, using no nitrates or other chemicals, and we cook and glaze our own hams. Enjoy!
