Elle Fox, naturopath and gut health expert is running a series of monthly foodie and fermentation workshops at Tablehurst Farm. These workshops are suitable for anyone who would like to create their own fermented foods and drinks and are crammed with tips and ideas for helping good gut health.


Sourdough 101 - Failsafe bread making for newbies

A hands-on sourdough bread making class with Elle who has studied with award-winning master baker/food writer Dan Lepard.

Preserving the Harvest

24 September 2023, 10:00 – 13:00 Master the incredibly yummy and healthy art of fermentation with a mouthwatering harvest glut. You will sample wonderful tastes and take away gorgeous ferments made by your own fair hand to surprise and delight everyone - including making your own Master Tonic ready for the upcoming winter.
