Our herd of traditional Sussex cattle has been established at Tablehurst for over 20 years. The animals are reared to the highest standards of care and we practise mob grazing principles. Their diet consists entirely of grass and herbal leys from the farm - nothing else. We age the meat for three weeks before preparing every cut in our own butchery on the farm.
To meet high Christmas demand from our small beef herd, some roasting joints may have been previously frozen. We may also source biodynamic beef from our trusted suppliers who raise their cattle along similar biodynamic principles.
