We raise our own organic chickens from chicks, in large, airy, purpose-built hen houses with permanent access to large pastures and fresh water.

Each year we also rear Norfolk Black turkeys, a traditional smaller breed, and Giant Legarth geese, popular choices with many of our customers for Christmas. Of all the birds we rear at Tablehurst, our geese are the best suited poultry for our farmland as they mainly feed on pasture grass.

All our birds are processed here on the farm, so we are in full control of the whole process, maintaining the highest standards of humane, sustainable husbandry, and hygiene practices.
