Collaborations - Fermento Bakery

Fermento Bakery is the personal initiative of Daniele Panzarino. Daniele mills his own flour and bakes a range of superb sourdough breads in his wood-fired oven using only organic ingredients (including our own rye grain) here at Tablehurst Farm. You can buy his bread at the Tablehurst Farm shop and at a number of other outlets in the local area. Daniele also runs occasional bakery workshops, so watch our community events page for news of these!
