Fermento Bakery

The personal initiative of Daniele Panzarino, Fermento Bakery is an invaluable independent collaboration at Tablehurst Farm. Daniele freshly mills flour from biodynamic grain grown at Tablehurst and also sourced from other British biodynamic grain producers. He freshly bakes a range of superb sourdough breads daily in his wood-fired oven here at Tablehurst Farm. You can buy his bread at the Tablehurst Farm shop and at a number of other outlets in the local area.
